Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in the condition in which they arrived, with all seals intact.
Kindly note, for food safety reasons, we may only accept returns for unopened items. Any item that has been opened or used may not be eligible for a full refund.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at shop@balqees.co.uk to obtain a return form. After receiving the return form, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the address instructed.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges if the item is not faulty/damaged. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Additional shipping costs for resending the parcel will be the customer’s responsibility.
DAMAGED GOODS
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photographs of the item and packaging. Claims reported after this period, or where the item has been disposed of, may be rejected.
