As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking details.
Delivery to the UK
We ship direct to your door using Royal Mail.
Standard tracked delivery in 2-4 working days. Free for orders over £45. Next day tracked delivery option available at checkout. Please note, your order must be placed before 11am Mon-Fri for delivery the next day (excluding bank holidays).
International Shipping
USA
- Orders may incur taxes or duties, payable by the recipient.
- Free shipping on orders over $250 USD.
Canada
- Orders may be subject to local taxes or duties, payable by the recipient.
- If returned due to unpaid duties, refund will exclude shipping costs.
- Free shipping on orders over $300 CAD.
European Union (EU)
- Orders under €150: taxes and duties included at checkout (no extra fees on delivery).
- Orders over €150: duties payable by the recipient.
- Tip: It may be cheaper to split large orders into multiple shipments under €150.
- If returned due to unpaid duties, refund will exclude shipping costs.
Non-EU European Countries
- Orders may incur local taxes or duties, payable by the recipient.
- If returned due to unpaid duties, refund will exclude shipping costs.
Our delivery windows assume our couriers are operating as usual, and may take longer for remote areas. Delays may also occur during peak delivery periods such as Christmas and New Years.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Additional shipping costs for resending the parcel will be the customer’s responsibility.
